As a registered non-profit organization, all donations are utilized directly for charitable purposes. Therefore, all donations are generally non-refundable.
Refund Allowed Only In Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment was made
- Wrong donation amount entered by mistake
- Unauthorized / fraudulent transaction occurred
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Submit request within 7 days of donation.
- Provide:
- Full Name
- Donation Date & Time
- Donation Amount
- Payment Method
- Transaction ID / Reference Number
- Clear reason for refund request
Review Process
- Refund requests are reviewed carefully.
- Media Welfare Association reserves full discretion to approve or reject requests.
- If approved, refund will be processed within 10–15 business days to original payment source.
- Transaction or gateway charges may be deducted if applicable.
